COMPAINT NOTICE

This credit union is incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas and under state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Credit Union Department.  If you have a dispute with St. Joseph's/Hill Country Credit Union, you should contact the credit union.  If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a complaint against the credit union by contacting the Texas Credit Union Department through one of the means indicated below:

 Notice to Members

As a member of St. Joseph's/Hill Country Credit Union, you are entitled to review certain information from the credit union.  If you request any of the following information, you should expect the staff to respond to your request within a reasonable amount of time.

The following information is available for request by you:

*  The most recent Balance Sheet and Income Statements.

*  A summary of the most recent Annual Audit Completed in accordance with S91.516 of the Texas CU Department chapter relating to Audits and Verifications.

*  Written board policy regarding Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Rules, Guidelines, Board Policies and copies thereof.

*  A  copy of IRS Form 990.
